Indiaco Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding with The Crescendo Group Ltd, Luxembourg, operator of the Xeon International brand which will help both companies to attain synergies.
Xeon International currently disposes of value creation capacities in major European markets. Its overseas presence includes the US, South and South East Asia. The company focuses on business value creation and has, supported by its global experience, a large experience in a wide range of industries.
