IVRCL Ltd has informed BSE that the company’s joint statutory auditors and one of them, Deloitte Haskins & Sells, has resigned as Statutory Auditor.
The Company has decided to continue with the other auditor Chaturvedi & Partners, who will continue as Statutory Auditor till the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
