The board of sugar manufacturer, Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd, has elected Kushagra Bajaj as Chairman and Managing Director effective October 18, 2014, the company said in an exchange filing.
Earlier, he was Vice-Chairman and Joint Managing Director.
The company has also appointed Ved Prakash Agrawal as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the place of Anand Kumar Kanodia.
Shishir Bajaj had resigned as Chairman & Managing Director, while D S Mehta had resigned as independent director effective October 17,2014, the statement added.
