The country’s largest passenger car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki India (MSIL) on Saturday launched the compressed natural gas (CNG) version of its multi-purpose vehicle Ertiga at Rs 6.52 lakh and Rs 7.30 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Called ‘Ertiga Green’, it will be available in two variants Lxi and Vxi, which makes the vehicle available in all three variants – petrol, diesel and CNG, the company said.

This is the sixth vehicle from the company in the CNG segment after Alto, Wagon R, Eeco, SX4 and Estilo.
