Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd is looking to increase its decorative paints sales in the eastern region, particularly in West Bengal.
Ram Mehrotra, Vice-President, Decorative Sales and Marketing, said here on Monday that the eastern region, second important market for the company in terms of sales after northern region, was getting added attention.
"We are initiating several marketing and promotional activities in West Bengal," Mehrotra said.
The company's brand ambassador Shah Rukh Khan, who is also the brand ambassador of West Bengal, would be initiating some of the promotional activities for the company in the State.
Apart from releasing a coffee table book Colours of Bengal, the film star would also help the company launch a new product Nerolac Pearl Emulsion from Kolkata.
The company, which has five branch offices in the State, is also expanding its distribution network.
