Neuland Laboratories Ltd on Thursday said that it has not withheld any information which is price-sensitive in nature.
In a submission to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the Hyderabad-based company said it has nothing that has to be disclosed to the bourses as on date.
The announcement came after the stock rose significantly for a second consecutive day to touch the upper circuit limit by lunch hour on Thursday after opening at Rs 211. Over 1.34 lakh shares changed hands today.
