Nissan Motor India Pvt Ltd (NMIPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan’s Nissan Motor Co, has sold 4,362 vehicles in June, a 48 per cent rise compared with 2,949 units sold during the same month a year ago.
The company’s new Datsun GO contributed 1,097 units, taking Datsun overall sales in India to 5,780 in the first quarter of FY14, it said in a statement.
