Nissan India achieved a milestone today with the inauguration of Ritu Nissan, its 200th retail outlet in the country at Andheri West in Mumbai.
The new showroom will provide sales and service support for both Nissan and Datsun brands.
With the opening up of new dealerships in Tiruchi, Tirupati, Sikar and Nashik in the last two months, during this fiscal, Nissan has opened 18 outlets in metropolitan as well as non-metro cities.
Arun Malhotra, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India Pvt Ltd, said in a statement, “Establishing 200 outlets in a span of just five years not only makes our network one of the fastest growing in India, but also puts us well on track to achieve our target of setting up 300 dealerships across the country by the end of fiscal year 2016.”
With existing outlets in Thane, Bhiwandi and Bhandup, the Andheri showroom of Ritu Nissan is the fourth Nissan outlet in Mumbai.
