Iron ore mining major NMDC Ltd has informed the BSE that the company had incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company - Jharkhand Kolhan Steel Ltd - on September 24, 2015 for the development of steel plant in Jharkhand.
It is proposed to set up the plant through a special purpose vehicle (SPV).
