NTPC commissions third unit of Kudgi Super Thermal Power Station

NTPC Ltd commissioned the third unit of the 800 MW Kudgi Super Thermal Power Station on Monday. A company statement said with this, the total capacity of the Kudgi Super Thermal Power Station has gone up to 2400 MW.

The total capacity of NTPC stands at 45,300 MW and the capacity of the NTPC group is 52,191 MW. The company is currently building an additional capacity of over 20,000 MW across the country, the statement added. NTPC also plans to become a 130 GW power generation company by 2032.
