Real estate company Parsvnath Developers Ltd’s net loss widened by more than six times at ₹140.90 crore for the fourth quarter of financial year 2014-15, the company said in a statement on Monday. It had posted ₹22.84 crore loss in the corresponding quarter in 2013-14. The total income from operations for the quarter more than doubled at ₹267.31 crore against ₹90.17 crore in the last quarter of 2013-14.
For the full financial year 2014-15, it has posted a loss of ₹107.66 crore. The company had posted net profit of ₹16.22 crore in fiscal 2013-14. The total income from operations was ₹762.52 crore for the year ended March 31, 2015, an increase of 36 per cent compared with ₹560.81 crore in 2013-14
