Pidilite Industries Ltd has entered into an agreement with partnership firm Hybrid Coatings for the manufacture of construction chemicals.
The two will establish a joint venture company in India for this purpose, the company has said in a statement to the BSE.
The venture proposes to carry on business in India, South East Asia and SAARC countries or such other locations as may be decided.
The initial contribution by Pidilite is not likely to exceed Rs 3 crore.
