Pratibha Industries has reported a 6.44 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 20.31 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2012.
The urban infrastructure development company had posted a net profit of Rs 19.08 crore in the same period previous fiscal.
Total income rose to Rs 618.28 crore during the third quarter this fiscal from Rs 452.47 crore in the same period of 2011-12 fiscal, Pratibha Industries said in a statement.
Shares of Pratibha Industries were trading at Rs 44.05 on the BSE in the late afternoon trade, up 0.46 per cent from their previous close.
