Quess Corp to buy Aramark India

Human capital management firm Quess Corp (formerly Ikya Human Capital Solutions) is to acquire Aramark India, a facility management company with niche offerings in hospitality and healthcare facility management. This would be the tenth company Quess Corp has acquired over seven years. The total investment in acquisitions now exceeds its previous total investment of ₹160 crore for nine companies, the company said in a statement. The acquisition is to strengthen Quess’ position as a pan India facilities management player.
