Shree Ganesh Jewellery House Ltd – a listed entity – on Monday informed the BSE of its intention to change its name. The board of directors of the company at its meeting today proposed the name change, according to a notification issued to the BSE. Shree Ganesh will seek shareholders’ approval for the same.
