Tata Housing announced the launch of its premium residential project — The Promont — in south Bangalore. Spread across 14 acres on a hillock, the project would develop 320 apartments in the Rs 2.1 crore to Rs 4 crore price range at Banashankari, according to a press release from the company.
The three-bedroom and four-bedroom units be in the range of 2,376 sq ft to 6,410 sq ft. The project would offer total saleable space of 8.4 lakh sq ft. The total investment would be Rs 600 crore, and the company expects revenues of over Rs 1,000 crore from this project.
