Mantri announces second housing project in Chennai

Real estate developer Mantri has announced their second housing project ‘Mantri Navaratna’ at Chrompet, a suburb of the city.

The 272 apartments comprises one, two and three bedrooms with each unit designed to receive maximum sunlight and ventilation, a company statement here said.

The base price of the housing apartments begins from Rs 22 lakh, the company said, adding that the complex would also have a well-equipped gymnasium, landscaped garden, jogging trail and children’s play area.

The apartments would also have recycled water utilisation and rain water harvesting facilities, it added.

The company’s first housing project was Mantri-Synergy in Chennai.
