The Central Bureau of Investigation today filed a fresh affidavit in coalgate scam.
The agency told the Supreme Court that no prior sanction for approval of the government is necessary to enquire against government officials in coalgate.
It has sought the Supreme Court permission to share its probe report with its prosecutor in the case.
