The country may impose a floor price or raise tax on imports of aluminium to protect the local industry from overseas supplies, Mines Secretary Balwinder Kumar said on Tuesday.
He also said the government may ask Hindustan Zinc Ltd to either buy back shares or give a higher dividend.
