Container Corporation of India (Concor) has registered a net profit of Rs 232.47 crore for the quarter ended September 30, registering a 32 per cent growth against the same period previous fiscal.
This growth is supported by a low base effect -- in the September 30{+t}{+h} quarter of 2011, Concor had provided for a Rs 46.8-crore “tax adjustment for earlier years.”
The revenue for the quarter-ended September 30 is Rs 1054.86 crore, up six per cent.
