The Finance Minister, Mr Pranab Mukherjee is hopeful that the world leaders would come up with a credible solution to tackle the ongoing eurozone economic problems including the sovereign debt crisis.
“I am confident that when we meet in the G20 Finance Ministers conference in November, it would be possible for world leaders to come up with a solution that can resolve the crisis”, he told reporters on the sidelines of an event organised by Bank of Maharashtra here.
He highlighted that the G 20 meeting would happen next week at Washington. World leaders are expected to make recommendations at the Summit level, which will be referred to the G20 Finance Ministers meeting in November for further action, Mr Mukherjee noted.
