AskmeBazaar.com, an online market place, has entered the southern market with its Next Day Delivery (NDD) hyper-local e-commerce window in Hyderabad.

The firm aggregates the sellers in a city and connects it with the local buyers. As the name suggests, it delivers the products the following day.

Currently, available in 22 cities, the NDD will be expanded to another 28 cities in the next few weeks. Using an asset-light model, the firm ropes in the existing distribution channels to collect products from sellers and deliver them to buyers.

“We sell non-grocery products, with each product carrying a price tag of ₹1,000 or more. We deliver at no cost to the customer. Moreover, we give them best price,” Marichi Mathur, Head of NDD, said.

Addressing a press conference here to announce the launch of the service, he said the sales and purchases happened within the city.

“This model marries the best of hyper local and online commerce to offer the best quality products, picked from local retailers and delivered to the buyer within 24 hours of placing the order at no cost the customer,” he said.
