Bharti Airtel, India’s largest mobile operator by revenue and subscribers, has announced a slew of offers for smartphone users ranging from data cash-back, family data share, and gifts.

To being with, Airtel is offering users 50 per cent cashback on the data they consume between 12.00am-6.00am. To avail of the offer, users have to send an SMS <NIGHT> to <121> or give a missed call to <55555> or log on to the myAirtel app.

The offer is available for pre-paid customers starting today, while it would be extended to post-paid users soon, the company said in a statement.

Further, Airtel is extending its Family Data Share plan — launched for its post-paid customers last year — to 3G and 4G pre-paid users. This will help Airtel mobile customers add any four people on to their 3G and 4G data pack, enabling them to share the primary data pack.

To initiate this, customers have to SMS <SHARE> to <121> and add members to their existing data pack.

"Airtel is passionate about customer first and ensures that customers are always at the heart of everything we do. Therefore, we are innovating to find newer ways to enrich the lives of our customers. These data products coupled with our superlative network, undisputedly makes Airtel the best smartphone network,” said Srini Gopalan, Director–Consumer Business at Bharti Airtel.

The New Delhi-based company is also offering users who upgrade their mobile devices on Airtel, pre-paid gifts ranging from double data benefits, free data for up to a year, tablets, Bluetooth speakers, and headsets, among others.

Further, pre-paid customers buying a smartphone from online portal Snapdeal would get an additional onetime offer — Rs 750 off on the device.

The GSM operator is also providing free song downloads on Wynk Music and up to five free movies on Wynk Movies. However, data charges will continue to be applicable for these services.

All the above offers would be rolled out across circles in a phased manner starting tonight, it added.
