Former CFO V Balakrishnan will replace BG Srinivas as the Chairman of Lodestone Holding AG, the Swiss firm Infosys acquired in 2012.
Balakrishnan, who is a director on Infosys board, heads the company’s BPO, Finacle and India Business Unit operations.
Srinivas, too a board member, was head of the firm’s Europe and global financial services and insurance.
This shuffle comes in the backdrop of former CEO and founder N.R. Narayana Murthy was asked to come back as executive chairman.
