The back office unit of Sundaram Finance will hire around 200 freshers with multi lingual skills over the next 6-12 months at its facility near Mumbai.
Rajesh Venkat, CEO, Sundaram Business Services (SBS), said, “The current employee expansion plan is in line with our continued focus on domestic voice-based services. We have seen good traction over the last year for our customer life cycle management services. Our target is to add at least 4-5 customers to our existing 16 in the voice space.”
Currently, over 350 employees function out of SBS' facility in Thane near Mumbai, as per a press statement.
