Sundaram Business Services (SBS), the BPO arm of Sundaram Finance, has bagged three domestic deals in the voice-based BPO segment from Mumbai-based companies. This follows the three new Australian BPO deals announced last month. It did not reveal the name of the companies.
The first deal is in the media and entertainment space, where SBS will handle inbound and outbound calling for game shows and reality TV participation.
The other two deals are in the auto space, where SBS will handle the setting up of car service appointments with specific dealerships through telemarketing.
