As part of efforts to develop electronic service and ensure quality service to its customers across all channels, National Commercial Bank (NCB) has selected Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to implement a new core banking software platform.
The agreement, which will be valid for two years, was signed by Saeed al-Ghamdi, CEO of NCB, and N. Janabathe Subramaniam, Managing Director of TCS, in West Asia and Africa.
TCS was selected based on its expertise in the field of core banking software and delivery of IT services.
This agreement comes as part of NCB’s endeavour to provide the highest levels of service to its customers through the provision of advanced and technically sophisticated service channels, the bank said.
