Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has completed the acquisition of French IT services firm Alti SA. The Tata group company had announced the acquisition earlier in April.
Alti, a system integrator of SAP solutions in France, is a privately held company with revenues of €126 million in 2012. TCS has been operating in France since 1992.
The strategic investment by TCS will help leverage the strong engineering talent in the country for the benefit of its customers in France and other markets globally, the company said in a statement.
