IT company Tech Mahindra has appointed Milind Kulkarni as chief financial officer, replacing Sonjoy Anand who moves to pursue international opportunities.
The company has named Manoj Bhat as deputy chief financial officer, the company said in a statement.
Milind Kulkarni has been senior vice president, finance till now, and has been with Tech Mahindra since 2002. Manoj Bhat, who has been with the company since 2006, has been leading Corporate Planning (including Mergers and Acquisitions) and Investor Relations portfolio.
