GSM operator Vodafone India has launched a new 3G dongle that offers data transfer speed of up to 21.1 MBPS. The dongle, Vodafone K4201, rolled out targeting post-paid customers is priced at Rs 999, the company said in a statement.
“With the growing penetration of data, there is a constant demand for high-speed connectivity,” said Vivek Mathur, Chief Commercial Officer, Vodafone India. The dongle supports all major operating systems such as Window 8, Mac, Linux, Fedora and Ubuntu. It also comes with an expandable memory of up to 32 GB.
The data support download speeds of up to 21.1 MBPS and uplink speeds of 5.76 mbps. Earlier, MTS had launched dongle - Mblaze - that provides up to 9.8 MBPS of data connectivity speed
