Wipro sets up executive panel

Wipro has set up an executive committee that aims to define the company’s strategy and help it make key decisions on operational and strategic execution.

Further, it will also ensure that corporate governance and risk assessment are integrated into the decision-making process in addition to formulating and executing strategies.

This committee will have CEO TK Kurien to chair the committee and will consist of 16 members which include the newly joined group president and COO Abid Ali Neemuchwala, Anand Padmanabhan, President and Chief Executive of energy, natural resources and utilities division; Anurag Srivastava, Senior VP, Business outcome services; Ayan Mukerji, chief executive, media, telecom and product engineering services, Bhanumurthy B M, President and chief executive, Business Application Services; Prasanna, president and chief executive, global infrastructure services; Inderpreet Sawhney, Senior VP and General Counsel; Jatin Dalal, CFO; N.S. Bala, chief executive, manufacturing and hi tech; Rajan Kohli, Senior VP and Head- Digital; Rishad Premji, Chief Strategy Officer and head of technology; Sangita Singh, head of healthcare and lifesciences; Saurabh Govil, head of HR; Shaji Farooq, head of BFSI; Soumitro Ghosh, head of Wipro Infotech and Asia Pacific and Japan; and Srini Pallia, head of retail, consumer goods, transportation and government.
