GMR Holdings Private Ltd, promoters of GMR Infrastructure, have pledged an additional 14.11 crore shares with SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd on August 16.
In a filing to the stock exchanges, GMR Infrastructure said the promoter company had already pledged 127.51 crore shares prior to August 16. With the recent pledge, the total shares pledged by the company with SREI Infrastructure as on date is 141.62 crore shares.
