Anup Maheshwari joins IIFL AMC

IIFL Asset Management on Tuesday announced the appointment of Anup Maheshwari as Joint Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer with effect from mid-August. Maheshwari joins IIFL AMC from DSP BlackRock Investment Managers. An alumnus of IIM-Lucknow, Maheshwari brings with him 24 years of investment experience, IIFL said in a release. He will be responsible for the investment and strategy for IIFL AMC’s business including mutual funds and alternative investment funds (AIFs). Recently, Gopal Agrawal joined DSP BlackRock Investment Managers as senior fund manager and head of macro strategy. Our Bureau
