Edible oils prices showed a mix trend tracking a rebound in futures and physical demand ahead of the festival season. At the end of the day Liberty was quoting palmolein higher at ₹630/631 (ex Ghatkopar/Shapur) and Soyabean refined oil (ex Shapur) at ₹670 for September 15. Ruchi was quoting Soyabean refined oil at ₹661 for September. Allana’s rate for palmolein (Ex Khopoli) was ₹625 for September 1-25.
