Limited buying holds cotton flat

Limited demand from domestic mills holds the cotton price at the previous level on Monday. Traders said only domestic mills were buying. Gujarat Sankar-6 cotton remained unchanged at ₹32,500-33,500 per candy of 356 kg. About 90,000 bales arrived in India and 30,000 bales in Gujarat. Kapas or raw cotton traded flat at ₹900-930 per 20 kg and gin delivery kapas quoted ₹930-950. Cottonseed was ed up by ₹5 to ₹485-500 per 20 kg.
