Our Bureau Reliance MF’s third further fund offer of Central Public Sector Enterprises ETF received a subscription of ₹13,300 crore from anchor investors against the anchor book of ₹2,400 crore.
The anchor book is oversubscribed by 5.57 times with 65 per cent of the investments coming from FIIson Tuesday.
Some of the prominent anchor investors include Societe Generale, BofA ML, Morgan Stanley, Nomura, ICICI Pru MF, LIC and SBI MF, sources said.
The government is offering an upfront discount of 4.5 per cent to all categories of investors. For non-anchor investors, the issue opens on Wednesday and closes on Friday.
RMF plans to raise up to ₹14,000 crore in FFO3, which includes a base amount of ₹8,000 crore.
