What To Watch. Payments banks nod: will it give a boost?

Shares of Aditya Birla Nuvo, Bharti Airtel, Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company, Reliance Industries, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries and Tech Mahindra may react positively on getting licences for payments banks. The RBI on Wednesday granted in-principle licences to these companies/their promoters/ancillary companies to start payments banks. Though these are early days, analysts feel the announcement would trigger positive sentiment towards these shares.
