Reliance Power Ltd at its board meeting today declared a maiden interim dividend of 10 per cent or Re 1 per equity share of Rs 10 each.
The total outgo on account of interim dividend payment will be to the tune of Rs 281 crore.
The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders of the company on or before December 9, 2015. Record date for dividend will be 21st November 2015.
