The stock market regulator SEBI has banned Ms Bela Kayastha, Mr Samir P. Shah, Ms Falguni Shah, Mr Manoj T. Shah, M/s Rajesh N. Jhaveri, M/s V & S Intermediaries, Mr Mangeram S. Sharma, Mr Dilip C. Jain and Mr Tejas Ghelani from dealing in the securities market for two years, with immediate effect.
The above entities were found guilty of synchronised trading in the Adani Exports scrip by the SEBI whole-time member Mr Prashant Saran.
Stock exchanges have been directed to permit the respective members to square off their existing open positions in the futures and options segment at the earliest.
