Adhunik Metaliks has informed the BSE that due to unavoidable delay in dispatch of notice for the forthcoming 13th Annual General Meeting of the company, the Board has decided to defer the meeting to April 15 at 11 am at Rourkela Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Chamber Bhawan, Chamber Road, Rourkela - 769 004, Odisha. Earlier, it was decided to convene the AGM on March 31. Shares of Adhunik Metaliks slumped 7.8 per cent at ₹21.80 on the BSE.
