Company news: Asian DMCC

Asian DMCC (Asian Oilfield & Energy Services DMCC, subsidiary) has signed a contract with Amni for upgrade of Amni’s existing production facility under the project contract of EPCC (engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning). The contract is valued at about $52 million, it said. Shares of Asian Oil Fields climbed 10.34 per cent at ₹89.65 on the BSE.
