Emco shares jump 4.1%

Shares of Emco Ltd today surged 4.1 per cent as the power solutions provider’s board approved private placement of shares to promoters at a premium.

The company will allot shares at Rs 41, a 7.6 per cent premium to its Tuesday’s close.
