Eros Worldwide cuts stake in Eros Intl

Eros Worldwide FZ LLC, a promoter of Eros International Media, sold 5.09 lakh shares, representing 0.5 per cent stake, at ₹231.31 a share, bulk deal data on the NSE reveals. As of June 30, Eros Worldwide had held 43.24 per cent stake in the company while total promoter holding stood at 66.22 per cent. On May 8, Eros Worldwide had sold 11.24 lakh shares. Investors will closely monitor whether there would be further dilution by the promoter.
