Godfrey Phillips India on Tuesday said it has appointed Ruchir Kumar Modi, son of former IPL Chairman Lalit Modi, as an additional director of the company. The board of the company has cleared the appointment with effective from March 19. The stock of Godfrey Phillips edged down 0.25 per cent at ₹1,162.9 on the NSE.
