HUL sprints up 5% on BSE

Hindustan Unilever vaulted into the lead on the BSE by the close on Wednesday. At 3.30 pm the share was trading at Rs 941.25 as against Rs 895.70 at close yesterday. This was a gain of 5.09 per cent.

Bharti Airtel dialled up gains of 3.77 per cent to trade at Rs 368.40 as against Rs 355 at close yesterday.

HDFC built up gains of 2.95 per cent at Rs 1,287.35 as against Rs 1,250.50 at close yesterday.

Coal India also moved up 2.55 per cent to quote at Rs 391.50 as against Rs 381.75.

State Bank of India was trading at Rs 325.60 as against Rs 318.05 at close yesterday. The gain was up 2.37 per cent.
