Infosys maintained its firm undertone to end Tuesday’s session on a high. It finished the day at Rs 1,112.65 against Rs 1,001.90 at close on Monday. This was a gain of 11.05 per cent.
Bharti Airtel edged down a tad to trade at Rs 445.25 against Rs 429.45 at close yesterday.
Wipro also shed some gains to quote at Rs 577 against Rs 567.40 at close last evening. This was a gain of 1.69 per cent.
Hero MotoCorp extended its morning gains to trade at Rs 2,690, up 1.10 per cent on its overnight close at Rs 2,660.75.
Bajaj Auto joined the uptrend with gains of 0.99 per cent at Rs 2,544.60 against Rs 2,519.55 at close on Monday.
