Mandhana embarks on demerger

Shares of Mandhana Industries, which were locked at 20 per cent lower circuit for the second straight day, will remain in focus, on demerging plans. In a post-market-hours clarification, the company said it is in the process of demerging its retail business - Mandhana Retail Ventures. The retail firm is in the process of signing a contract with the ‘Being Human’ brand, it said. Mandhana said there is no disruption in its normal and ongoing business.
