The non-convertible redeemable debentures issue from Muthoot Finance will open for subscription on Monday and close on May 8. While the base size of the issue is ₹500 crore, the company has an option to retain oversubscription of up to ₹3,000 crore.
There are 10 options for secured NCDs with monthly or annual interest payment frequency or on maturity redemption payments with effective yields ranging 8-9 per cent. Muthoot Finance will remain in focus.
