Nihar Info Global has informed the exchanges that it has registered with Walmart India Private Ltd to procure various items for resale. However, the BSE-listed company has not provided any other details about the deal. A couple of days back, Nihar Info Global said that it had signed a letter of understanding with CMS Computers for six months to sell various products through common service centres.
