ONGC finished Friday’s session as the top gainer on the BSE. It closed the day at Rs 282.35 against Rs 270.35 at close yesterday. This was a gain of 4.44 per cent.
Tata Motors extended its morning gains at Rs 392.65, up 2.55 per cent on its overnight close at Rs 382.90.
Vedanta held on to its morning gains at Rs 129.50, up 2.05 per cent on its previous close at Rs 126.90.
Hindalco Industries edged up 0.87 per cent at Rs 109.55 against Rs 108.60 at close on Thursday.
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries gained 0.64 per cent at Rs 851.90. The share had ended the previous session at Rs 846.5.
